Ari Fontanilla

Ari brings over six years of experience in the renewable energy industry, serving in his most recent role as an Executive Assistant to the CFO and Financial Operations Specialist at Clearway Energy Group. During his time at Clearway, he supported the enterprise’s transition to a separate entity when Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) bought NRG’s renewable energy business and controlling interest in NRG yield, supported the Risk Insurance team with renewing annual insurance programs at competitive rates with multiple brokers, successfully coordinated projects and fundraisers for Clearway Energy Group to solicit funding from investors, and served as the head notary for the Development department, coordinating signatures for dozens of landowners and all of the executive board for multiple projects.

He holds a B.A from the University of San Francisco, enjoys archery in Golden Gate Park, plays tournaments in adult league volleyball across the US, and has a preference for German Shepherds.
