Christian Villanueva

Christian is a corporate and transactional attorney with experience advising companies, investors, and fund sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, private fund formations, and general corporate matters across a range of industries. Prior to joining Segue, Christian practiced at two Am Law 100 firms, where he represented emerging companies and investors in complex transactions and advised venture capital and private equity funds on their investments, fund formation matters, and operations.

Christian holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
