Katie Vorhis

Katie is a seasoned transactional and corporate attorney in the renewable energy space who most recently served as Director of Legal, Corporate for Borrego Energy. During her 5-year tenure at Borrego, Katie negotiated and closed projects for Borrego’s development and EPC businesses, while also managing the organization’s financing and other corporate needs. Additionally, she oversaw the spin-off and sale of Borrego’s development and Anza procurement platform businesses.

Prior to Borrego, Katie practiced at multiple Am Law 100 firms where she specialized in renewables finance and corporate transactions. She holds a B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia.
