Will has over 8 years of renewable energy and climate finance experience. He joined Segue after graduating with his MBA from UC Berkeley Haas. While at school, he interned with two climate technology growth equity funds, Vidavo Ventures and the Lightsmith Group, in investment roles.

Prior to Berkeley, Will worked on the finance team at Stem, Inc. where he led project finance and executed on over $75mm in support of the construction of 120+ energy storage projects. Additionally, he supported new market entries domestically and abroad as well as the asset management of 500+ operating energy storage projects in the US and Canada. Before Stem, Will worked as an Analyst at The Cadmus Group providing consulting services to government agencies and corporations globally across the solar, energy storage, renewable heating & cooling, and waste-to-energy sectors. For example, he led solar procurement processes for over 15 municipalities and authored several reports for state and federal policymakers to inform decision making on solar and energy storage incentive programs. He holds an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Film from Middlebury College.
